Main Features

  • High-speed Taiwan Jianchun spindle: low-noise, high-performance at up to 4,200 rpm.
  • Z-axis coupled tailstock: improved stability and rigidity for long workpieces.
  • Dual spindle encoders for accurate measurement of speed and position, ensuring consistent precision.
  • Hydraulic chuck and rotary cylinder from Ruiyan (Korea) or Jiahe (Taiwan), tested for dynamic balance.
  • Optional short-bar feeding eliminates the need for an auto feeder and supports puller/cylinder-based loading.
  • Robot ready: supports 4- or 6-axis robots. Product drawings and grippers required for customisation.
