The GM-KLF1000 CNC vertical & composite grinding machine is mainly suitable for multi process grinding of cylinder, inner holes, step surfaces and conical surfaces. It can perform two axes simultaneously control grinding of large and medium-sized inner and outer contour curves, and are widely used in important fields such as bearings, wind power, machine tool,engineering machinery, valves, automobiles, military industry, robots, etc.

Main Features
1.The working table rotation adopts static rotary table, which is directly driven by torque motor. The C-axisof the static rotary table adopted by DD directly driven, equipped with Renishaw RESA high-precision accuracy circular encoder, which can achieve high-precision and arbitrary angle positioning with high repeatability. The electrical permanent magnetic chuck with adjustable suction force and automatic demagnetization.
2.Equipped with Siemens 828D CNC system, it can be controlled separately or through two axes simultaneously control, with functions such as linear interpolation and arc interpolation.
3.The grinding head adopts rolling bearing structure, which is directly driven by servo motor for rotation with stepless speed to meet.
4.Equipped with diamond roller dresser and diamond pen for dressing to achieve fiat and curved surface dressing.
