The W12-4×1500 is a compact, production-ready 4 roll plate roller engineered for accurate cylinders, large radii, and cones on 4 mm × 1500 mm plates (mild steel). With a hydraulic four-roll layout, the machine achieves one-pass pre-bending without turning the plate, minimizing straight edges and setup time. A portable operator console, safety interlocks, and options like NC/CNC programs, cone device, and top/side supports make it ideal for job shops and light-duty production across petro-chemical, boiler, shipbuilding, water & power, and steel structure industries.
