The W12-8×3000 is a production-ready 4 roll plate rolling machine designed for accurate cylinders, large radii, and cones on 8 mm × 3000 mm plates (mild steel). The hydraulic 4-roll layout enables true one-pass pre-bending without turning the plate, minimizing straight edges and setup time. With options for NC/CNC programs, cone device, and top/side supports, it suits fabrication shops, vessel/tank makers, shipbuilding, and steel-structure projects that require repeatable quality and higher throughput.
